The Corsa combines benefits of the AGV GP track with the characteristics of road use. The shell is tricomposite fiber carbono-vidrio - aramídica of type SSL (Super Super Light) and it has been designed with the aid of FEM techniques in an integrated manner with the EPS inner channels, in order to obtain a helmet small and light, but at the same time comfortable and extremely safe. The result is a level of security far superior with regard to the limits imposed by the ECE regulations and a weight of only 1350 g * (+/-50 g) size Ms.
Contrary to the GP track, the Corsa incorporates a system of opening and closing of intakes of air that gives a great versatility and a less extreme nature. All ventilation system is the result of computational fluid dynamics wind tunnel studies and very effectively eliminates the heat and humidity. The large rear spoiler, the Corsa offers benefits of record in terms of penetration aerodynamics and stability, even at high speeds. The expanded field of vision provides superior visibility which increased from 15 ° and the total area of 9% favoring the active safety.
The adjustment of the Corsa was born of the new process of "Human Engineering", which designed the hull from the surfaces in contact with the head. The padding is born with a concave three-dimensional structure, preformed according to the morphological head, while the surfaces in direct contact with the head do not have seams. The interiors are Lycra® and Shalimar® sanitizing treatment and are completely adjustable thanks to the possibility of changing the position and the thickness of the padding and the thickness of the side guards. All of these solutions, protected by three patents, confer on the Corsa a comfort level extremely high and an adaptability never before attained, to the different conformations of the skull.
